We are looking for an efficient and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, hard-working and a self-starter, who has a background in administrative work. The candidate will be responsible for handling all the clerical work including establishing some new files. Responsibilities include working with office team and housekeeping team to ensure the cabin guests arriving and departing have everything they need for the vacation, maintaining files in house with various documents both legal and real estate related in addition to maintaining organization of the company’s email database and vendors and any necessary work orders, screening phone calls and other general office duties.

Responsibilities:

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 – $18.00 per hour
