We are seeking an experienced Customer Services person to join our Customer Services Team. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience that meets our clients and visitors needs.
We currently have one permanent position and one 12 month fixed term position. Please specify which you are applying for or if you are interested in both of them.

First point of contact for customer enquiries
Ensuring customer enquiries, (face-to-face, by phone and electronically) are responded to in a timely manner
Updating the Customer account database and ensuring information systems are kept updated with full and accurate details
Making sure customer enquiries are professionally and promptly handled, resolving the enquiry at the first point of contact where possible.
Assist with credit control and billing and other customer service activities as required
Minimum 3 years experience in frontline customer services
Strong computer Literacy, Internet, Email, Word Processing and in particular Excel
Experience working with CRM Systems
Cash handling experience
Excellent active listening skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
