TITLE: Administrative Assistant (Order Entry/AP/AR)
VeriForm is pleased to offer a full-time employment opportunity in our front office. The Administrative / Accounting role is an integral part of our process, ensuring our jobs are setup correctly and vendors paid accurately. The position is dynamic as you will engage with all levels of our team including engineering, production, shipping, and maintenance staff.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
i) Coordinating benefit plan and employee inquiries.
ii) Ordering office supplies, helping with inventory in our automated crib system.
iii) Setup and maintain both manual and electronic filing system.
iv) Perform Excel analysis of data to help management decision making.
