Overview of Job Function:
The customer advocacy intern will assist with a variety of activities in customer advocacy, including pre- and post- Engage 2022 customer conference projects, Elevate advocacy program projects, and success story recruitment campaigns.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Work with the customer advocacy team to help manage logistics and coordination of activities for the Elevated Experience for top advocates at Engage 2022.
Assist with the Engage 2022 Global Customer Awards program.
Assist with Elevate @ Engage 2022 digital experience pre-, during and post Engage. Including monitoring challenges while CX team is onsite at Engage.
Assist with managing customer success story campaign, specifically targeting stories discovered at Engage 2022.
Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent is preferred
Excellent academic performance
Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and Social Security verification
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Marketing (or equivalent) with some exposure to a marketing discipline or equivalent work experience
Possess excellent written and verbal communication with excellent team working skills. Must be well organized and able to escalate issues when encountered
Possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential
Should be open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable
Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance and meeting deadlines; able to manage multiple competing priorities
