With a diversified offering in professional services, managed services and product, we are poised for significant growth in 2022.
- Have worked in a managed services or operational support team environment (or an existing DevOps Team, that said, Developers are not excluded, in fact a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle is ideal
- Have a strong understanding of network, server and related infrastructure management and principles
- Understand and can execute what getting something done done looks like (documentation, testing, operational requirements, continuous improvement of process)
- Have strong experience with the AWS ecosystem (EC2, EBS, S3, ASG’s, ALB/ELB’s, VPC’s, etc…)
- Understand and have worked with automation and subsequent technologies scripting technologies ( .NET, AWS, C#, TypeScript/Node.js, Bash, Powershell and Python)
- Understand and have worked with ITIL frameworks for incident, problem and change management in an enterprise environment is preferred
