Job Description
This is a level 1 position based on a customer site for the Version 1 Service Desk team,
You will manage various Level 1 tasks while gaining invaluable key skills alongside accomplished and knowledgeable teammates.
Tasks will include:
Resolving IT Service Desk Incidents, relating to workstations, servers, printers, Office 365 and routers.
Maintaining, upgrading and repairing hardware and software on user PCs,
Building and upgrading desktop computers and laptops;
Preparing PCs, user accounts and phones for new joiners;
Contributing as part of a team to the continual enhancement of IT services and support delivery.
