Job summary & purpose
The role of Community Manager within the Community Management department is to foster the growth and maintenance of the online forum communities at VerticalScope. The Community Manager helps guide volunteer moderation efforts, work across departments to accomplish community goals and execute initiatives, and serves as the primary point of contact in support for members of our forums. Community Managers collaboratively guide Assistant Community Managers in developing necessary skill sets and fulfillment of department needs.
