Day to Day:
This person will assist with basic administrative tasks, assisting students, checking hotel guests in and out and other tasks as required.
This person to assist in our package room periodically as well.
Open to work a variety of shifts
1. Answering student inquiries via email, phone, and request tickets
2. Auditing keys
3. Spreadsheet management and analysis
4. Lockout keys and temporary access card distribution
5. Basic filing
Requirements:
