The ERP OCM, Training, & Performance Support Manager drives change and learning activities to help the organization realize the benefits of the One Vertiv Digital Transformation. This change leader will play a key role in enabling Digital Transformation projects meet objectives on time and on budget by facilitating employee knowledge, skill, and system adoption. This role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, and promoting adoption of new systems and technology. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management and training strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption while minimizing resistance. This role will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These end user and business proficiencies will increase ROI for the Digital Transformation. This role is also responsible for the planning, design, delivery and implementation of end user training and Performance Support for the company’s systems implementations. This role will work closely with the project teams to include implementation consultants and key business stakeholders. They will manage and direct instructional designers/developers and OCM specialists working on various implementation projects. This role will also look for opportunities to scale the Performance Support Model throughout the organization. Responsibilities: * Manage the Training Needs Analysis process for determining the most critical learning and performance support needs. * Manage the Opus ecosystem to maximize Learner Experience (LX). * Manage the BOLTS OCM and Training Team. * Manage the on-time design and development of learning content. * Plan and manage the development of Project BOLTS Organizational Change Management (OCM) communications (including Business Change Network, SharePoint sites, and newsletters) that support system implementations. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in a Training and OCM Lead role, strategizing and executing Training and OCM programs * Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT- driven organizational changes * Minimum 3 years of experience in an OCM role for ERP implementations * Travel Requirements: 10% Education: * Bachelor’s Degree Instructional Design, Organizational Change, Human Performance Management, Business, Communication, comparable degree, or equivalent experience * 7-10 years of experience About Vertiv Vertiv is a $4 billion global critical infrastructure and data center technology company.
