Quality ManagerOn-site5767 Thunderbird Road, Indianapolis, IN 46236A Quality Manager isresponsible for implementing and executing inspection, testing, andevaluation methods to ensure that products adhere closely to companystandards. They prepare reports by collecting data on inspections orother aspects such as production line cleanliness which are analyzed indetail.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain, revise, andcreate Controlled Documents and supporting documentation as needed tocover the entire manufacturing process and supply chain operations (doorto door oversight)Implement effective SOP/GMP employee training andassessmentIdentify compliance issues/risks and provide corrective andpreventative actionsRepresent Vesta and maintain professional contactwith industry and regulatory personnelOversee quality system and processproceduresConduct internal audits of Quality SystemAssist PCQI inmaintaining FSMA ComplianceMaintain cGMP CertificationFDA GMPComplianceComplete cGMP and SOP Training � refer to Training Matrixfor complete list of SOP training required for Quality Managerdevelopingand implementing quality control tests, inspecting products at variousstages, and writing reports�documenting�Additional duties asassignedRequirements and Skills: � Bachelor’s degree and at least 5years of experience� Experience in quality management or an equivalentcombination of education and experience� Experience working in foodmanufacturing or familiarity with FDA and cGMP is a plus� Detailoriented and ability to thrive in a team environment � Good knowledgeof Microsoft Office applications � Proficient in technology andgeneral office equipment � Excellent verbal and written communicationskills � Strong organizational and time management skills � Abilityto work efficiently with minimal supervision Applytoday!https://vestanutra.com/careers/
