Position Title: Solutions Developer

As a Solutions Developer on our team, you’ll work alongside senior software systems architects to translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural depictions and documents, developing dashboards, drafting documentation, ensuring logical flow, and designing and discussing system strategies. Through your support, we’ll help transform the way the VA uses technology, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems.

Must Have:

• Experience with planning, designing, and analyzing applications and systems performance including cloud operations

• Experience with Operations monitoring solutions to create enterprise dashboards

• Ability to communicate with key stakeholders, process owners, and customers to manage expectations, eliminate gaps, and ensure success

• Possession of strong critical thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Splunk Core and creating dashboards

  Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of VA Enterprise IT applications

• Splunk ITSI experience

• Direct experience using data from monitoring/reporting tools to include: Splunk Core, Splunk ITSI, Azure, AWS monitoring tools, ScienceLogic, AppDynamics monitoring tools, XPOlog Management, and Aternity Desktop monitoring.
