We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail.

Veteran Blinds & Shutters is a veteran-owned business that is rapidly growing in the Inland Empire and Orange County. We are the leading provider of custom window treatments in Southern California and are looking for a talented, people-friendly administrative support specialist who is interested in long-term employment and growing with a great company. This position will be remote to start but may be required to work on-site in 2022. Candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance to the Menifee, California area. Although this position is currently remote, applicants may be required to attend in-person meetings from time to time.
What you can expect working for Veteran Blinds & Shutters
As a vital member of our growing office staff, you will be providing back-office support for managers and excellent service to customers. You will be working from home, providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts for customer design consultations and installations. The standard workweek is Tuesday – Saturday, 9 AM – 5:00 PM.
