Director of Quality (Children’s Residential and Education)
National role, home-based (expectation to travel to homes across the country)
Up to £70,000 + car allowance

Job Information:

• Director of Quality
• Covering all residential and education provisions
• All services are OFSTED regulated, supporting and caring for children and young people from a variety of backgrounds
• As the Director of Quality you will have the responsibility for ensuring the delivery of the Quality Strategy and Quality Plan for children and education services.

• Manage and lead a divisional quality team, ensuring practices fall in line with company strategy and governing standards
• You will contribute to reviews of quality strategy and developmental plans
• You will work with your team to develop and oversee improvement in services that need support
• Work with colleagues across different professions and locations
• Organise audits, investigations and reviews
• Home-based, with travel expectation across England and Wales

• Experienced and supported SMT to ensure the continuous improvement and development of the organisation

Pay Details:

• Up to £70,000
• + £3,600 car allowance

Requirements:

• Level 5 in leadership and management
• 3 years experience working at senior management level within a multi-sited organisation
• Previous experience of operational and quality governance
• Driving licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £73,600.00 per year
