About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Representative/Coordinator to provide the necessary support to sales and marketing operations. The candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and leads alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. You would take care of the lead until they become customers, where you would then send them off to the account manager.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the team by scheduling and managing meetings, filing important documents such as contracts, and communicating relevant information
• Schedule calls, respond to emails, and coordinating with multiple teams
• Must be extremely organized
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Handle the processing of all the leads with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform the manager and colleagues of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator will be considered a plus;
• Good computer skills (Google Sheets, Docs, etc)
• Proficiency in English
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• CRM experience is required
