You are a Marketing expert who is self-motivated, results driven, and a problem solver with attention to detail and experienced in brand, marketing strategies and campaign orchestration. This demanding and fast-paced role requires a high-level of coordination and communication among cross-functional internal teams, leadership, and agency partners. Your responsibilities include:

• Develop full go-to-market plans to drive business results
• Manage marketing project deadlines ensuring all projects launch on-time, correctly, and on budget; provide updates on a weekly basis to management
• Work closely with various departments, including sales, finance, fulfillment, commercial and advertising agencies to implement comprehensive marketing strategies that will allow us to position our brand and gain market share.

• Build highly effective media strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and customer activations. Demonstrate and prove Marketing ROI through accurate measurement.
• Coordinates and leads the development of Communications plans
• Responsible for the creation of on-brand creative and consistent campaign integration across all marketing tactics
• Partners with Trade Marketing Manager to ensure marketing materials, BTL events and any promotional initiatives are budgeted and deployed accurately.
• Report out on key projects and associated results in a clear, concise manner to all levels of the organization.
• Provide guidance to agencies in terms of material adaptation & creation, adhering to Brand Guidelines
• Co-develop with sales teams’ tools and schemes for incentives directed to sales partners, dealers, and retail channels
• Support sales channels with training materials

• 5 yrs.+ Experience in marketing to consumers, internet, mobile, TV or other subscription service preferred
• Expertise in business analytics and ability in interpreting sales and churn data to draw actionable conclusions
• Experience running partner programs and quarterly/monthly business reviews, or similar external partner reviews
• Experience in digital and offline marketing, agency or creative experience a plus.
• Strategic and analytical thinker who can collect and analyze data to make appropriate process/business decisions/recommendations.
• Effective communication skills with ability to communicate media strategy and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Demonstration of exceptional Business English and Spanish: verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree. MBA is a plus.
