Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant to the Manager at VIKON Construction | Design. The Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing schedules for the Manager and other employees, providing customer service, and analysing business reports and perform some managerial tasks on behalf of the manager. The Assistant will also be responsible for communicating with clients, handling administrative duties, and assisting with other tasks as needed.

• Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
