Villa Eyrie Resort is currently seeking a full-time Guest Services/Front Desk Agent to join our fantastic team.

What you will need to be part of our great team….

• Prior experience in administration, reception, customer service and sales
• Prior experience at a hotel would be an asset but not required
• Computer literate, prior hotel PMS experience an asset
• Strong interpersonal and solution focused abilities; highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to be part of a positive team and to work well with others and adaptable in a fast paced and ever-changing environment

What you will do….

• Consistently offer professional, anticipatory, genuine friendly and engaging customer service
• Facilitate and assist guest inquiries for bookings, restaurant & spa reservations, activity recommendations and ensure they have everything they need for their stay
• Greet, check-in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are exceeded
• Plan, facilitate and make recommendations on any excursions, tours, sightseeing or adventures to enhance guest experience
• Promptly and professionally handle all internal and external phone calls including but not limited to reservations, inquiries, and all other guest requests
• Deliver specialty items and requirements to guest rooms where required
• Other duties as assigned
