VIP Products LLC Hiring for Account Coordinator (Dog Toy Company) – Ahwatukee at Phoenix, AZ Full Time

VIP Products LLC is a family-owned company that designs and manufactures the most durable soft dog toys on the market! We are seeking a qualified, full-time Account Coordinator to help us with a number of tasks. Including but not limited to deposits, customer disputes, claims, short pays, etc., as well assist with logistics scheduling. Our friendly office staff will train you every step of the way, you just need an eye for detail!

We have two distribution centers in the United States. Our corporate office is located in Ahwatukee, AZ and consists mostly of women who get along great and make an amazing team. Come work in one of the best office environments the Valley has to offer!

Hours: Monday – Friday (35-40 hours per week)

Qualification Requirements:

• Accounting experience is preferred, but not required
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to stay on task and self-manage
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• High school diploma or higher
• Logistics experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Receiving checks
• Bank deposits
• Invoicing
• Maintain Past Due Report
• Submitting claims for chargebacks
• Logistics disputes
• Logistics coordinating
• Claims
• Excel reports
• Monthly Auditing Report
• Company reports

Compensation and Benefits:

• $20 per hour
• Choose your own hours, noting core business hours are from 9:00am-3:00pm
• Earn up to 10 additional hours per biweekly paycheck as PTO in lieu of paid vacations, sick leave & holidays (this means checks can be up to 90 hours when only working 80)
