The Analyst for DPS Business Operations will be responsible for helping provide rigor and attention to the everyday processes and activities that ensure the DPS business is running smoothly. This person will help provide the business infrastructure needed across a variety of DPS initiatives ranging from operational projects around regulatory compliance to strategic initiatives such as new product development, pricing strategy or existing product upsell strategy. The role will also be focused on partnering with cross-functional team members to help DPS prepare for internal presentations and other internal and client requests. This is a critical position reporting to the Director of DPS Business Operations and supporting the SVP/GM of DPS. The role requires considerable cross-functional collaboration, superb project management skills, flexibility to adapt to a variety of projects and initiatives and ability to operate proactively. / / _Essential Functions_ * Identify potential gaps or areas for improvement in a broad range of current systems, processes, and policies, and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes (e.g. help manage DPS’ regulatory compliance program to ensure that DPS’ regulatory requirements and obligations are met) * Manage the annual planning process for DPS through coordination and strong communication across product lines and Visa corporate teams and Visa Global Product * Define and develop key KPIs and metrics for the DPS business and perform ongoing tracking and reporting (e.g. managing the DPS dashboard) * Lead delivery and orchestration of content for DPS internal requests and presentations (e.g. QBRs, Investor Day, earnings calls, client presentations etc.) * Own and operate DPS’ Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) program * Drive analysis and due diligence to provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives (e.g. go-to-market strategies, scenario analyses, competitive intelligence) _Basic Qualifications_ * 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) _Preferred Qualifications_ * 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) * Adaptable to a variety of different work and projects * Previous experience in financial services and/or payments preferred * Excellent project management skills and experience exercising informal authority in a large cross-functional team environment * Excellent analytical (qualitative and quantitative) acumen and attention to detail * Curious and inquisitive, with a strong desire to get beyond the “what” and into the “why” * Proactive and effective communicator, experienced in presenting information to all levels * Self-starter who is comfortable in ambiguous environments * Collaborative spirit and a knack for understanding stakeholder needs * Highly adept at PowerPoint and Excel _Work Hours_ Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours. _Travel Requirements_ This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 5% of the time. _Physical Requirements_ This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms. _Location_ This position can be located in Austin, TX or Highlands Ranch, CO. For Colorado-based positions, the position starts at $74,000.00. Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
