The Network Product team focuses on compelling value-added capabilities to deliver on top of transaction processing for clients, including fintechs and neo processors around the globe. The team develops products that address consumer and client needs in an increasingly digitized and cloud-native environment, such as APIs that allow consumers to manage recurring payments in their mobile apps, solutions that allow transactions to be approved when banks are unavailable to respond and new ways to ensure that the expected individual is transacting. Our products have a global footprint, providing the opportunity to serve and learn about a wide range of geographies with varying payments maturity. This role will be focused on driving product revenue and go to market objectives for the Network Product Team by driving strategic alignment with regional Product, Merchant Sales & Acceptance (MS&A) teams, and other internal Visa functions. This role will be focused on delivering a cohesive go-to market short- and long-term strategy that encompasses key revenue drivers to drive successful outcomes globally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Success metrics are revenue, transaction growth, market share, client success and other related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Network Products team. * Sales Operations/Enablement: Ensure success of Visa’s global and regional sales efforts by creating and managing scalable programs, tools, assets, tracking and reporting. * Strategic client support: Engage with key global merchants, payments service providers, issuers, and technology companies towards commercial partnership opportunities. * Strategic initiatives: Own and drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, working cross-functionally across global and regional teams towards time-sensitive goals and outcomes. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs. Basic Qualifications: • 10 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, 6-8 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD) or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: • Relevant industry experience in the sector, with related business development or strategy consulting roles or equivalent • Corporate strategy, financial services or payments industry experience preferred • Strategic, analytical thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and constructively challenges the team to aim for higher ground, change agent • Process oriented, with a high attention to detail and quality on both internal team work and external products brought to market • Hands-on, entrepreneurial and nimble, while also able to navigate a globally matrixed environment • Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and closing a complex, competitive sales effort and managing deals from negotiation, to closing and through delivery • Proven record of implementing strategic initiatives, policies and operational decisions • Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups • Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to influence senior management and other relevant parties Visa has adopted a COVID-19 vaccination policy to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees and visitors.
