Locations: Atlanta, Austin, Bay Area CA, Denver or Seattle As the Inclusion & Diversity University Recruiting Specialist, you will activate Visa’s I&D strategy by driving the success of all on-campus, virtual and recruitment event activities, optimize various diversity and early career partnerships, and funnel talent into our various pipeline programs through multiple work streams. You will work closely with University Relations Liaisons, University Programs, Visa I&D, business leaders, and stakeholders to execute on an integrated I&D recruiting strategy via recruiting efforts that increase the pipeline, recruiting experience, and hiring of diverse candidates. Additionally, you will assist in educating Talent Acquisition and the business leaders on diversity trends, best practices, tools and issues to influence the organization in driving best practices throughout the organization. You are part of a team that’s the face of critical, diverse, early career talent pipeline programs and requires you to possess excellent communication , relationship building , presentation, project management, and strategy execution skills. You will report to the Director of Diversity, University Programs who leads Inclusion & Diversity in all of Visa’s University recruiting efforts, early identification programs and candidate assessment & selection processes. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the University Relations team, including Liaisons and Sourcers, to execute an integrated I&D talent attraction strategy on campus and through digital recruitment activity. • Consult with University Liaisons to analyze campus I&D results, identify opportunities for improvement, identify and strengthen relationships with campus stakeholders and organizations, and implement I&D recruitment best practices on campus. • Consult with Sourcers to deploy digital recruiting tools in order to strengthen pipeline of diverse candidates. • Collaborate with the Programs team to integrate the I&D talent engagement and development strategy in order to enhance and influence experience, conversion & retention of underrepresented talent • Develop, enhance and maintain relationships with current and new strategic partners, external diversity organizations and influencers who contribute to increasing Visa’s representation goals (NSBE, MLT, SHPE, etc.). • Manage and attend local and national diversity recruiting and outreach events • Manage existing and new early talent pipeline programs that will help increase representation at Visa • Manage processes to enhance candidate and interviewer experience to position Visa as an Employer of Choice. Identify and seek opportunities for ongoing process improvement. • Identify, evaluate and present new recruitment sources that will generate quality and diverse applicants • Research and share analytics to inform recruitment and marketing initiatives. • Conduct analysis, assess results and identify areas of opportunity and change. Use this data to evaluate source effectiveness, progress and process improvements. • Track results and report out on progress Basic Qualifications: • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) Preferred Qualifications: • 5-8 years of experience in University Talent Acquisition with a focus on Diversity recruitment • Excellent listening and consulting skills • Well organized and detail oriented required • Strong networking abilities and event planning skills • Proven planning and project management skills • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships at all levels of an organization • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, consistently demonstrating a high degree of professionalism • Experience in building diversity recruitment strategy and partnering with Talent Acquisition and hiring teams to execute on that strategy • Working knowledge of leading I&D recruiting best practices and trends • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar products and in navigating social media websites to work independently within a fast-paced, team-focused environment • Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize multiple demands, and identify/solve problems creatively • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced, team-focused environment • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) Visa has adopted a COVID-19 vaccination policy to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees and visitors.
