Vision Government Solutions Hiring for Data Entry Clerk (Remote) Job at Remote Full Time

Vision Government Solutions is a leading high-tech government technology firm providing software and services to more than 430 communities across the United States. Our organization is at an incredible inflection point of growth, and we are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to enter property card data into our CAMA software system during our busy season. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities Include:

• Inputting data from property cards into our software system in a timely manner
• Verifying accuracy of data inputted into the computer system
• Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
• Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures
• Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing additional tasks as needed
• Contacting home owners as needed to schedule appointments for data collection
• Answering phones for inspections/hearings using our software
• Responsibility for various projects (working with the project manager) in setting up schedules and sending out schedules in a timely manner
• Maintaining a friendly professional demeanor with customers

Position: Temporary (April – September)

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
