Job Duties 

  •  Support the Welfare, Engagement activities, and Corporate Social Responsibility projects for the employees of the company.  
  • Propose and initiate interesting ideas to create a interesting workplace for the our employees.  
  • Deliver good employee experience to the company. 
  • Assist in planning, execution, and buy-in from various internal stakeholders. 
  • Address any queries employees has in relation to Welfare. 
  • Additional projects may include Work productivity and automation cycle time 
  • improvement, process improvement, cost improvement. 

Requirements

  •  Degree in Art & Science/ Business / Humanities/ Comm / Engineering.   
  • Working experience 2-3 years in community services are welcome.
