We are looking for Customer Service Specialists to provide excellent client support at our COVID-19 vaccination sites in San Francisco, . The right candidates are expected to provide quality and professional customer service that consistently meet and exceeds company standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains database by entering new and updated client information.
• Establish entry priorities.

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
• Responding promptly to client’s inquiries.
• Coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure clients satisfaction and provide professional clients support.

• Help on site clients in filling out forms and navigating the site.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
