We are looking for Customer Service Specialists to provide excellent client support at our COVID-19 testing site/s in Espanola, NM. The right candidates are expected to provide quality and professional customer service that consistently meet and exceeds company standards.

Title: Data Entry/Customer Service

Settings: Testing site/s around Espanola, NM

Start Date: January 3rd

Schedule: Part Time 20-30 hours a week

Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Maintains database by entering new and updated client information.
• Establish entry priorities.

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
• Responding promptly to client’s inquiries.
• Coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure clients satisfaction and provide professional clients support.

• Help on site clients in filling out forms and navigating the site.
