The Art Production Coordinator works directly with the Customization team to coordinate process from art layout to production scheduling readiness for our Digital Print and Laser Etching areas. This position will assist CSR’s and Production Artist in artwork layout, customer proofing and production-ready setup of customer-based customization needs and ensure quality standards are met. As Art Production Coordinator, you will work with customer services, sales, digital marketing and operations to ensure timely execution of all initiatives and events. This position provides critical support to customer service/sales team and customers to accomplish growth goals and consistently maintain custom print business plans.
This role can be performed remotely.
Major Responsibilities :
Manage, using various Oracle and art software knowledge, all art layout through to production scheduling readiness for Digital and Laser etch customization.
Assist Production Artist and customer service team to ensure customer art layout requests are managed and optimized for current state printing processes.
Create photoshop/illustrator templates and proofs; and release for final output Coordinate build and prep of all templates, customer/production proofs and virtual renderings Interpret design style guides and apply principles Proof and assist in quality control of graphics and specifications.
Research and implement best and most efficient art proofing practices Maintain active and effective level of communication with Custom Print Team.
Ensure daily processes are finalized.
Partner with Production teams to trouble-shoot and provide solutions to art and order issues.
Assist in the update, release and scheduling process on all Custom Print orders.
Assist in order process and documentation for Marketing promotions and Sample needs.
Serve as back up to Custom Print Representatives.
Respond to customers promptly regarding all inquiries, shipment delays and POD’S within team timeline goals.
Effectively and consistently manage, using ORACLE, assigned Custom Print Account order transactions to ensure quality customer service, timely production and product availability/fulfillment.
Assist in report and analysis of order information to identify trends and process changes, as needed.
Demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills.

Job Requirements/ Qualification s:
BA Preferred
Strong knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator software
Strong overall computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Superior analytical skills and extensive knowledge of “retail math”
Knowledge of: Art layout and production, sales and order management
ORACLE knowledge
Precise attention to details
Superior listening abilities
Excellent phone skills
Exemplary and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task required
Strong presentation skills
Flexibility

Job Experience :
1 year related experience
Experience in art production, a plus
Experience in order management
Working Conditions:
As indicated by responsibilities; ability to handle multiple priorities
Physical Endurance:
Computer terminal use 6 hours per day. Moving boxes of products for shipping. Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
