Your Opportunity:Reporting to the GM Operations, in this role you will lead the development and maintenance of a Center of Excellence for business , operational process management (BPM) and act as the Champion of Mini Business Units (MBUs) at Vitaco. The key to success in this position involves a strong grasp of processes knowledge and ability to collaborate across functions to ensure standardized practices and best practices are integrated into ongoing changes.
The responsibilities include identifying, influencing, and implementing process improvements, which will enable Vitaco to remain competitive by staying up-to-date with industry standards and cutting-edge technologies for strategic growth and competitiveness. Furthermore, you will work on enhancing the metric-driven Mini Business Unit (MBU) framework, ensuring ongoing alignment of goals and coaching of other MBU pillars to drive improvements.
