Job Summary

Vitality Medical is looking for a Data Associate in the Order Fulfillment Department. If you are a self-starter, motivated, and ambitious, with a strong passion for growth then look no further. The qualified candidate will be in charge of a report and seek tracking for customers and also deal with numerous vendors daily in a professional manner.

What you’ll be doing

• Handling and entering a high volume of data from multiple sources into the system, ensuring that all necessary data is being maintained.
• Monitor orders and tracking to insure information is provided to customers in a timely fashion.
• Provide backorder information, through email, to customers daily.
• Correspond with vendors and customers via email to communicate order needs.

• Experience using Microsoft Office Products

• Able to own manage a report
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
