Vitesco Technologies is looking for a motivated and passionate rising college junior or senior to join our Summer 2022 Internship Program as a Talent Development and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Intern.
In collaboration with the HR colleagues, this Talent Development and Compensation & Benefits intern will have the unique opportunity to gain experience and handle a variety of projects.
The Talent Development/Compensation & Benefits Internship will be a full-time (40 hours/week) role in the summer and can be flexible during the Fall semester. The position will run from May to mid-December and will support projects for both areas of Human Relations.
Job Description:
Provide support for Talent Development events and trainings, which may include communication, logistics, content development and participant coordination
Assists in the administering and facilitating new employee onboarding training
Provide support for C&B, which may include communications development or editing, documentation of processes and procedures, process improvement review, development or support of C&B audits, and benchmarking support.
Support the summer internship program including organizing intern events and acting as a point of contact for participants
Learn necessary technology supporting Talent Development and C&B programs
Other projects or tasks as assigned
Basic Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a major in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or similar field
People focused. Able to quickly build solid relationships at all levels cross functionally
Self-directed learner with a passion for Human Relations and Compensation & Benefits
Strong computer skills – Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Effective communication and presentation skills
Excellent organization, time management, and planning skills
Open collaborative style and the ability to work both in a team setting and independently
Energetic self-starter with an eagerness to learn
