[[Duties and Responsibilities:]{georgia”,serif”=””}
[Ensures Stockroom is accurately and completely. This includes
accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and
preparing orders for shipment.
Prepare replacement units and arrange shipping to meet RMA orders requirements.
Identify, count and store the received materials to assigned locations.
Lead the physical inventory and cycle counting process.
Ensures work areas and equipment are maintained, clean and safe while meeting OSHAstandards.
Develop and demonstrate effective leadership skills and oversee day-to-day operations ofthe warehouse, including: freight, returns, receiving, parcels and transfers.
Maintain open and constant communication with the carriers to facilitate
inbound/outbound flow of product.
Coordinates the activities of the Warehouse personnel and provides the necessarysupport.
Completes stockroom operational requirements by scheduling and assigning staffs and following up on work results.
Performs other related duties as required

[Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:]{georgia”,serif”=””}]{georgia”,serif”=””}]{times=”” new=”” roman”,serif”=””}
[[5+ years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory management, Logistics or a relatedposition.
3+ years Supervising Experience Preferred
Experience leading a high performing team
Excellent time management, analytical and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems, flexible andadaptable
Proficient business software skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
