Job Description
Why will you enjoy this new opportunity?
As a Product Designer, you’ll be integral part of the effort to create a familiar and intuitive experience for our B-to-B SaaS solution called Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) customers who want to take advantage of networking, security, and compute services such as SD-WAN, AIOps, Cloud Web Security, Secure Access, and more to come. Every day, you’ll collaborate closely with peers from design, product, and engineering to discover problems and frame solutions using human-centered design methods. You’ll shape our customers’ experiences with SASE by contributing thoughtful design strategy, influence the product roadmap through insights gained from user research, bring clarity and alignment to partners and stakeholders through workshop facilitation, use visual and written artifacts to communicate proposed solutions, as well as guide and support other designers.
