The Renewals Sales Operations organization is looking for detail oriented and analytical individuals. You will be responsible for modeling, projections and data compilation of subscription renewals. You will also be accountable for driving financial and operational success through development of actionable analytic insights into data-oriented strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide critical business insight based on business acumen and data analysis, be able to identify issues and recommend meaningful and creative action plans
Work with cross functional departments (finance, quoting, data teams, etc) to ensure accurate pipeline and CRM hygiene
Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, consolidation, and analysis
Administer, manage, and report on revenue forecasting using VMware methodology and automation/forecasting tools, drive adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards
Drive data quality, process and automation activities that improve process efficiencies
Accuracy in work delivered and in a timely manner
Generate regular and ad-hoc metric analysis for Sales Leadership Team to monitor performance across a range of key business drivers and sales team performance
What Success will look like
A demonstrated ability to assess trending and business markets through data analysis to draw out where we can improve our sales or operational execution
A demonstrated ability to spot operational & data gaps, taking proactive steps in identifying root causes and eventually translating into a clear and actionable plan
Accuracy in work delivered and in a timely manner

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in data, analytics or sales operations based roles in a relatable industry
Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a “can-do” attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for details
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
SAP, SQL, SFDC knowledge desired
Confident individual with enthusiasm and aptitude to create, catalog & optimize process flow maps & reporting-suite guides
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task
Preferred Skills:
SaaS experience
Experience with working in a renewals focused department or inside sales team
Statistical Analysis
Tableau, R, Python
