About the role
To provide software development capability for the ServiceNow platforms within Vocus and support digital transformation journey by implementing best practice configurations supporting and development of IT Service Management (ITSM),Telecommunications Service Management(TSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Order Management for Telecommunications(OMT), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and interoperability integrations with other applications, systems and processes.

• Develop processes with ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation.
• Work as part of a team to solve technically challenging business problems and help produce innovative solutions aligned with the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform task tracking, reporting, deployment, and operational escalation support.
• Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
• Participate in agile processes such as daily stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews and development activity.
• Assist in developing and implementing new ServiceNow capability from initiation to completion.
