The purpose of the Outbound Sales & Retention Agent is to proactively drive exceptional customer experience and lifecycle management across our unmanaged customer base. This will be done through a prescribed contact plan that improves our NPS, reduces customer churn and the revenue outcomes across this base.
Our ideal candidate will bring excellent sales and communication skills and a passion for connecting with customers. We are looking for a logical thinker with a strong and effective sales mindset and who is willing to help customers as the core of what you do. You will also bring:
