The SOC – Service Operations Engineer role sits within our Wholesale & Infrastructure function and plays a key role providing 24/7 alarm surveillance, Incident response and acts as a single-point-of-contact for the Vodafone, Enterprise and RCG Networks. This is a full-time permanent role reporting directly onto the Service Operations Manager.
Please note: There is one permanent role and two 12 month fixed term contract roles available.
