Ko tō tūranga – your role
The main purpose of the regional Customer Business Manager is to partner our SME customers to drive profitable future growth for Vodafone by focusing on delivering mutually beneficial outcomes to up-sell and cross opportunities, pipeline building for future revenue streams and exceptional customer engagement.
Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do
Not two days will be the same in this role, as you will ensure we maximise and manage the full customer lifecycle supporting our customers business as they grow. You will also develop and build strong long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders, as well as:
