Trade Operations AnalystVolcafe USA, a coffee focused commodities trading company, is seeking an analyst to support the trading team with administrative and technical functions. This role will operate in a “middle office” environment, with exposure to the trading team and has significant room for advancement and growth.General Responsibilitieso Assist the trading team with administrative tasks Creation/modification of business contracts Monitoring and collection of market and customer data used to support the trading and logistics teams Management/Organization of cloud-based files/data Communicate/delegate needs of the trading team to logistics and other administrative staffo Assist with upkeep of data Migration of records to file-sharing/cloud-based systems Creation and rollout of tools that assist with trade execution and financial reporting Other ad-hoc special projects designed to modernize the company’s record keeping and business execution General Skills Requiredo Good organization and communication skillso Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detailo Able to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under high pressureo Interest in commodities trading, finance a plus Qualificationso Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required if the candidate has relevant prior experienceo Experienced with Microsoft office suite (primarily Word, Excel, Outlook)o Experience using Cloud-based project collaboration/document management software (examples: Google Drive, Microsoft Sharepoint, Bentley ProjectWise, DropBox…or other similar platforms)o Intermediate or higher Excel skills a major pluso Knowledge of or prior experience in financial markets, derivative products, commodities a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:
