BDC Service Representative / Cashier

Volkswagen of Marietta has an immediate opening for a BDC Service Representative / Cashier. This position contributes to the overall success of the dealership by working to assure customer satisfaction. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities – BDC Representative/Cashier:

• Greet customers, answer questions and update customer information
• Answer all incoming service calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Call customers for follow up’s, appointment reminders, missed appointments, and to bring customers into the dealership for service.
• Collect payments by cash, check, or charge; make change for cash customers; balance cash drawer
• Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments.
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements – BDC Representative/Cashier:

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience preferred
• CDK experience is a plus!
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills
