Voltbike Electric Inc. Looking for Customer Service / Bike Sales at Port Coquitlam, BC Full Time

VoltBike Electric Inc. is fast growing electric bike manufacturer located in Port Coquitlam, BC.

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team!

Love for biking and familiar with bicycle components is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with bike enthusiasts in a friendly tone over the phone;
• Support clients over the phone or in person with a bike questions and following up with their needs;
• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues;
• Responding by email to customers in a timely and efficient manner;
• Answering clients questions about payments, products, prices and availability;
• Direct customers through entire sale process, helping placing order on their behalf when needed;

• Meeting customers at our showroom and assisting with test rides;
• Processing orders, payments, and receipts;
• Working with the mechanics on resolving warranty issues and satisfying clients expectations;
• Working with QuickBooks, Excel, Zoho Desk ticketing system
• Performing other clerical tasks as needed.

The skill set we are looking for includes:

• Love for biking.
• Basic mechanical skills, so you can explain features on our bikes.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Customer service background.
• A quick learner who pays attention to detail.
• Efficient and accurate data entry.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
