The Account Admin role is responsible for meeting and reporting daily delivery requirements (SLA/KPI) and ensuring accuracy of all restricted portfolios. This role requires effective communication with other team members to ensure required tasks are completed before ending your shift and notifying management if a task is at risk of missing SLA. This role requires timely attendance and includes check processing and depositing.
General shift hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, but it is a requirement to stay past 5:00 pm on the last business day of each month to complete Intra-day wire posting, and any other EOM specific activities.
Check processing Minimum requirements:
Check logging: 100 checks/hour
Peer Auditing: 15 min per 100 checks
Depositing: 1.5 hours, or an average of 2 mins per portfolio
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
