Positions available are: PM: 3p-11p, 4p-8p AM: 8a-4p Job Requirements: Required Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Demonstrate dependability, tact, and ability to follow instructions. Customer service oriented. Possesses coordination and dexterity required to provide resident care skillfully. Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation. Compliance with vaccination mandate. Preferred Skills: Experience in the long-term care setting preferred. High school graduate or equivalent. Reliable mode of transportation. Upon being hired, you will be asked to provide proof of your COVID vaccination or you may complete an exemption application for medical or religious reason. Administer and/or assist with medication or treatments. Document care or observations appropriately. Assist with housekeeping tasks. Able to serve meals to residents. Immediately reports any suspected abuse or neglect per facility policy. Accurately utilizes electronic systems of documentation as required per facility policy.
