Position Summary:
Work full-time in out Administrative Office where co-workers care about each other, the work we do, and the clients we serve. Present a professional image while greeting visitors in person and over the phone. Accurately enter client information into agency databases and respond to data inquiries. The data is used to generate program reports and external reports related to funding client services. Volunteers of America, Utah is a nonprofit agency with more than 300 paid staff who serve more than 9,000 people each year through programs addressing homelessness, addiction, and mental illness.

• Accurate and timely entry of client data into agency databases, HMIS, MAUD, Salesforce, and others.
• Work closely with program staff to ensure data quality, timely submission of tracking forms, and follow up on any outstanding issues between collection and data entry.
• Work with volunteers and other data entry staff to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
• Assist the Accounting Team on entering Accounts Payable invoices in Great Plains, filing invoices, scanning daily deposits and other tasks.
• Answers phones and handles inquiries from callers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Assist HR with tasks as needed
• Greets visitors and staff and provides direction and assistance based on their needs.
• Attends work on a punctual, regular. and predictable basis.
• System administrator for Salesforce database.

Qualifications

• Excellent data entry skills. Ability to utilize computer software, including MS Office, to effectively and efficiently perform all tasks
• Experience with databases and customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred
• Excellent organization, written, and communication skills
• Ability to answer and direct telephone calls with professional etiquette
• Ability to professionally greet and assist all visitors to the administration office
• Ability to safeguard information of a highly confidential nature
• Work is generally performed in an office environment. Must sit for extended periods of time
