Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Schools Operations Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides support to the Schools Division Manager with a high emphasis or organizational skills and an advanced level of Excel.

Requirements

Abilities & Skill Requirements

• Strong customer service experience
• Strong knowledge of KPI’s
• Comfortability with Microsoft Excel
• Manage and pull a variety of reports

• Proficient in with MS Office, Outlook, Teams etc.
• Answer phones, and email correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
• Clean criminal record search
• Excellent time and stress management skills
• Good organization and communication skills
• Teachable
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
