Job Summary
The Senior Manager, HR Special Ops will be a problem solver using data, a Workday expert across all elements within Workday, and a person who enjoys displacing the unknown with order and discipline. Â Reporting into the Sr. Director, HR Special Ops, this individual will play an integral part in the design, build and launch of the overall HR operating model and service delivery offering globally. Â Initially this will be a design, build and launch role with foundational activities taking priority such as building a demand management governance structure for all HRIS activities in Workday, leading a project to address current state issues on the Workday platform, which are precursors to Op Model and HR Service Center, and enabling executive and operational dashboards within Workday for key stakeholders such as the CHRO, HRLT and the TA organization.

Education:
BA/BS or equivalent business experience.
Experience:
Strong Analytical and ability to connect the dots – solve problems which are complex across multiple groups and or systems.
Workday experience
ServiceNow experience
IT background and comfortability with systems and software solutions.
Use of Data to identify problems and drive to solutions required.
Story Telling using Data. variety
Collaboration with a of stakeholders
Presentation and Communication to Executives
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Certification(s):
Six Sigma or demonstrated problem solving using data.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with setting up a PMO strong plus.
Experience in working with a multinational team a plus.
Who are you:
Process experience, process mapping and facilitating large groups of SME’s to value stream map.
Workday expertise across TA, Payroll, Comp, Advanced Comp, Pay transparency within workday, and Position Management required.
Experience being a team player designing, building and launching an HR Service Center – a MUST
Experience in HR Operating model a MUST
Service Now experience a plus – especially using it to help manage Workday activities.
Expertise in creating and managing reporting and dashboards for execs and operational.
Expert Level process mapping, PowerPoint and Excel.
global HR Ops/Tech/ TA Ops experience in a global Ops team
Experience with designing/redesign within Workday
Participation on a key HR transformational change initiative.

PROJECT: Build demand management governance for HRIS team in order to manage and oversee work, progress, workload management, and priorities of demand items within workday.
Lead the process workstream of project phoenix, addressing major pain points within Workday, working with HRIS, HRLT members, key stakeholders in order to accelerate the successful completion of resolution of major issues with the biggest impact to end users.
Contribute to the negotiation of the HCM contract with SME knowledge.
Participate in the creation and execution of a multi-year roadmap for the HR Technology portfolio.
Key member of a team to design, build and launch the HR Operating Model inclusive of a three-tiered Global HR Service Center.
Identify solutions to issues within technology and process across HR to enable COE and HRBP activity to be faster, easier, more efficient and to delight our employees.
