We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to help coordinate Digital Marketing Strategies for WE, Wagento and eWay Corp. We are a North American eCommerce and Web development agency with offices in the USA, Mexico, Bolivia, and India. We are an Adobe Solution Partner, BigCommerce partner, VTEX partner, AWS Consulting Partner and a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider with an established and growing list of clients throughout the world.

Managerial:

Reports to Head of PM’s.

Work with Marketing Director to Create Marketing Strategy.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Maintain Service Records.
• Create and Manage Content Calendar
• Assist ops team with special projects.
• Administrative management of our sites. (Cloud).
• Collaborate with Writers and Designers to Produce Content.
• Documentation and Tracking.
• Conducting in-depth market research on a product or service as well as competitor analyses
• Understanding the company, its products, and customer base in order to create effective marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the global business strategy.
• Create Project Budgets and Timelines.
• English, Spanish and Hindi, (Bengali, Gujarati) are our main languages of communication, please consider that advance English is required.

Qualifications:

• Prior project coordination/management experience is required.
• Digital Marketing Project Coordination Experience.
• Prior software/web development experience is a plus.
• Previous CRM user and tracking experience, (Jira preferred)
