THE POSITION
As the first point of contact for most students and visitors you will need to be well-presented, friendly and quick on your feet, all whilst effectively juggling a diverse range of administration tasks. This is a role with a lot of variety where no two days are the same.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist all visitors, students and host parents
- Deal with enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with administration duties including data entry
- Coordinate Homestay for students and work with homestay families
- Keep up to date with current promotions and course prices
- Assist the student support team and other staff as requested
- Assist in student tracking and attendance monitoring
- Provide support for staff, students, teachers as requested
- Additional duties as required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Impeccable presentation and a winning smile
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Quick to adapt to change
- Ability to multi-task and use initiative
- Good MS Office and typing skills
- High attention to detail and able to think strategically
- Ability to communicate and effectively build relationships with a wide range of ages and ethnic groups
- A sense of humour is a must!
It is desirable that you have previous office experience. It is absolutely crucial that you have a positive, energetic and professional manner.
