Requirements 

• Experience as Duty Manager, Supervisor for a minimum of 12 months
• Multi-site experience
• Experience in working one of Food & Beverage, Housekeeping or Front Office
• Strong planning skills
• Exceptional Leadership skills
• Problem Solving
• Drive for career progression and a career plan
• Goal of becoming a Hotel Manager

Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required:

• 2 years Duty Manager or senior supervisory experience
• Minimum 5 years Hospitality experience
