This full-time role involves working in all areas of the kitchen including a la carte, banqueting, set menu and would suit someone with passion and fair.
The key requirements for this role are:
• Build strong relationships within a diverse team and lead fellow team members by setting a positive example.
• Have an understanding of food costs and control
• Be responsible on a day to day basis for food quality and production
• Be reliable, motivated and keen to learn
• Have a strong knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace
• Good English comprehension and communication
