As our Principal Advisor, you will play an integral role in the development of the National Land Transport Programme (NLTP) which sets out how government intends to invest in the development and maintenance of the transport system. The NLTP is a complex, national scale programme of work, with an estimated spend of around $24 billion over 3 years.
You’ll be responsible for leading the identification, scoping and delivery of improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the NLTP development process. Your focus will be to ensure we deliver best practice land transport planning and investment in New Zealand.
You’ll partner with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. local government agencies) to ensure that we bring together and deliver the workstreams of teams at the right time and place. An ongoing element of this role will also be to coach and influence your stakeholders on the value add of programme management for the organisation.
