YOUR LIFE AS A JUNIOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

As a Junior Accounts Assistant, you play a helpful role in our success by managing our accounts receivable. With great attention to detail, you complete all the invoicing prep work and pass it along to the manager for their approval. When completed invoices are delivered, you make sure that they are sent out promptly.

When you aren’t working on accounts receivable or invoicing, you interact with clients and place reminder calls for our accounts receivable. Each day provides new opportunities and you get great satisfaction from being part of a team where your contributions are valued.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Understanding of accounting systems and principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel
